How do I make order?
You can purchase directly from this online store. Alternatively, you can Whatsapp me with screenshots of your desired items.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal or direct bank transfer for Malaysians.
You can make payment using credit card via PayPal. For domestic bank transfers, bank account number will provided once you checkout.
What is accepted payment currency?
All orders are processed in RM/ MYR (Malaysia Ringgit) and will be reflected in your invoice.
When is your delivery days?
Orders will be processed within 2-3 days. This might take longer during sales period or holiday season.
Orders are dispatched on Monday until Saturday (except 1st Saturday of the month) Malaysian time.
However, sometimes dispatch might be delayed during long holidays (Malaysia has many public holidays) but I will post once the post office reopens.
Can I pick up from your store?
Order pick up from store is available from my home at Kg Baru Simpang Pulai, Ipoh, Perak at free of charge. If you would like to pick up your order, please select Pick Up from Store when you check out. Please provide your phone number so that we could arrange pick up time from store. Alternatively, you can Whatsapp me to order and arrange pick up.
How do I enjoy free shipping?
Free shipping is applicable for deliveries within West Malaysia with orders above RM100. Free shipping is automatically calculated when you check out. No code is needed.
What is your shipping rate?
Domestic orders (within Malaysia)
Pos Laju or JNT Express Flat Rate : RM 7.00 for delivery in West Malaysia address
Pos Laju Flat Rate : RM 13.00 for delivery in East Malaysia address
International orders (Express Mail Service)
Currently Pos Malaysia is unable to ship internationally. Alternatively, express mail courier service is available at selected countries. The shipping rate is automatically shown when you check out. If your country is not in the list, kindly email me at firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping quote.
The shipping quote in the order is an estimation at major cities. If your address is in rural area, extra charge by courier service may incur. An email may be sent to request for top up shipping rate.
Express mail courier service selection are Aramex or TNT.
International orders - Standard Service (Pos Malaysia not available)
All orders will be posted by Pos Malaysia Flexipack International airmail with Registered Mail tracking number.
Shipping rate is calculated based on weight of parcel with affordable starting price at RM32 / USD8.
The shipping rate is automatically shown when you check out.
When will I receive my order?
Domestic orders (Malaysia)
All orders will be posted by Pos Laju. It will takes approximately 1 to 3 days to reach you depending on location. A shipping notification email with tracking number will be sent once the order is posted out.
International order (Express Mail Service)
Selected countries : 4-7 working days
International orders (outside Malaysia) (Standard Service) - Not Available
Shipping time will vary by country:
US and Canada : *15- 20 working days
Europe and UK : *15 working days
Asia (Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Philippines) : *10 working days
*Estimation time only. If you haven't receive your order within the time, please visit your local post office with your tracking number. Most probably your parcel is sitting in post office waiting for you to claim.
Signature is required upon receiving your parcel. Hence, please provide your work address or delivery address that someone is available to receive your parcel.
